The “Take-off African Facility for rural and agricultural finance” set up in partnership with the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) aims at reinforcing microfinance institutions in Africa and supporting them towards financial sustainability.

Amundi has set up a € 7 million financing for the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation through the "Finance and Solidarity" Fund. Amundi is thus committed to supporting the Foundation in its missions towards promoting inclusive finance and social impact entrepreneurship.

A €3 million loan was granted to the Foundation by Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France. This financing will allow the Foundation to continue and expand its action in favour of the financial inclusion of most vulnerable populations in the countries where it intervenes.

A €14 million loan was granted to the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation by Crédit Agricole CIB. This loan, denominated in euros and in US dollars, participates to the financing of the Foundation’s development plan which has set a target of €160 million of funding by 2022.
